Good morning everyone, Steve Karrasch for Friday February 4th, this is your Cloverdale Town Home Blog.  I'm going to make it real quick, just heading into the office here we've got a big team meeting today for Chris Whitehead & Associates, but I've got to get your stats in so you know what is happening in the Cloverdale Townhome Blog so here is what is happening. We have 139 active Cloverdale Townhomes listed currently, that is up again from last week.  This is very typical for this time of year, all of the listings are starting to come on, getting ready to anticipate that big spring market. We've had 8 expiries. That is very typical, a lot of agents and a lot of clients want their listings to expire on a nice round number at the end of the month or on the first of the month and that has been this past week.
