Happy St. Patrick's Day
Hi there everybody,Steve Karrasch here. This is NOT your Friday blog, this is your Thursday blog. It is March 17, St. Patrick's Day, I have my "green" on. This evening, you can see it's a little darker out. I am doing it this evening because tomorrow, Friday the 18th is a super busy day. We have nice couple, Ryan and Kristen moving into their Cloverdale townhome. We're really excited to get them into their place and we also have an inspection going on in a Fleetwood Townhome. There's not going to be enough time for your Friday blog so I thought I'd get it in just a little earlier for you so here's your market update.
See here's what we've got: 174 active listings, that's 174 townhomes that you have to compete with if you're going to sell your Cloverdale Townhome. In the last 30 days, we've had 11 expiries and in that same 30 day period, 13 sales. These numbers surprise me a little bit cause the 35 year amortizations end tomorrow, Mar 18, that's your last chance to get your firm deal and take advantage of the 35 year terms, that being said, we are getting into that spring market, we're starting to see multiple offers on the good stuff so remember, price your home correctly and it is still going to be guaranteed to sell, you're going to be one of the thirteen and not going to be one of the 174 active listings.
