Good Morning everybody, Steve Karrasch here with your Cloverdale Townhome blog, it is Friday, May 13. Your Vancouver Canucks for the 3rd time in thier history are on to their 3rd round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, but even more exciting than that here is your Coverdale home update.
Market Update
We are dealing with 182 Active Cloverdale townhomes currently on the market. In the last 30 days we've had 11 expiries and in those same last 30 days, 16 townhomes have sold.
May Long Weekend Activities
The May long weekend is the Cloverdale Rodeo, so check that out, May 20-23 at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds but more importantly, all this week there a lot of free events going on to kick off including Thursday night the 19th, the BC Lions Kick-off party. That's also a free event so make sure you check it out.
