Market Update! In your Cloverdale Townhome market this week, 178 Active listings, fairly consistant over the last few weeks, we're hovering between the 170-190 range as far as active listings. In the last 30 days, we've had 12 Cloverdale Townhomes expire, come off the market and of those same last 30 days, we're up to 17 sales. We're almost getting back to that 10% consumption rate.
Community Events! In the previous few blogs, the Cloverdale Rodeo is going on this May long weekend May 20-23 down at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds. Don't miss it, there's tons of stuff going on there. Bring the whole family.
