The Rodeo is Coming

Good Morning everybody, Steve Karrasch here for your Cloverdale Townhome Blog.  It is Friday, May 6, rainy day in Cloverdale this morning but a good day.  The Canucks last night managed to pull off a 4-2 victory in Game 4 over the Nashville Predators putting them up 3-1in the series.  They have a chance to wrap them up tomorrow but lets get to your market report 

Market Report.  So here's what we're up to.  179 MLS listed townhomes on the market in Cloverdale.  In the last 30 days, we've had 12 listing expired and in those same last 30 days sales are up slightly up to 15.  Community Events.  Alright so tomorrow, Sat. May 7, Cloverdale Recreation Centre has their Grand Opening so you might want to check that out but what you really want to put on your calendar is what the rest of the Lower Mainland is putting on their calendar on the May long weekend, that is the Cloverdale Rodeo.  Everybody get out there, has a good time, the horse races, the beer gardens, all that stuff.  Go check it out, you don't want to miss it-that's the May long weekend at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.
