A couple of days late for your Cloverdale Townhome blog and I apologize with that but they say it's a buyer's market right now and let me tell you our buyers are taking advantage of that. We've been going absolutely crazy here over the last few days here so couple of days late so here is your Cloverdale market report.
Market Update: So as of Friday, here are your stats. In the last 30 days we've had 17 sales. That is good, this means we are bringing down the inventory which is great for sellers but we are down to 166 active Cloverdale Townhomes currently on the market although in the last 30 days we've had 13 expires.
3 Bed, 2 Baths: In the last 30 days, in those 17 sales we only had one that I would consider to be a normal type of townhome, that being a 3 bed, 2 bath, very common in the Cloverdale area. The one sale that did occur in the last days with a 3 bed, 2 bath townhome sold for $319,000. So for $319,000 what does that get you? It gets you 1400 sf and you're paying about $215 per square foot.
