Alright so we are up to a whopping 190 Active Listings in Cloverdale townhomes currently on the market and in the last 30 days we have had 13 listings expired and also in the last 30 days we've have had 11 sales. You might be interested in knowing that that the average sale in Cloverdale Townhomes over the last 30 days have been has been roughly $337,000.
